なんと、本日でZEAL.TEAMに入社してから１か月が経ちました！
慌ただしい東京の街で、自立心を養い、仕事とプライベートの両立を図りながら、「社会人」としての生活を満喫しています。
Today marks the completion of my first month of work at ZEAL. TEAM. The swift passage of time has brought me to fully embrace the ‘社会人’ life, where I have cultivated independence, and navigated ways to balance my work and personal pursuits in the bustling city of Tokyo.
この1ヶ月を振り返ると、たくさんの学びと経験を得られたように感じます。中でも、これからZEAL.TEAMへ入社する方、入社を考えている方に向けて、「3つの学び」を共有したいと思います。
Upon reflecting on my initial month of work, I have amassed a plethora of lessons and experiences with ZEAL.TEAM. With the aim of offering valuable insights to students aspiring to pursue a career with us at ZEAL.TEAM, I find it worthwhile to share three key learnings I have acquired in the past month.
① 好奇心を失わず、質問することを恐れないこと
Stay curious & don’t be afraid to ask questions
私が学んだ最初の教訓は、どんなことに対しても恐れずに質問をする重要性です。右も左も分からない新卒社員として、経験を重ねた社会人の先輩方との環境に身を置き仕事に取り組むことには、緊張感があります。しかし、ZEAL.TEAMの先輩たちは、どんな疑問や質問にも、時間を惜しまず丁寧に教えてくれます！
The first lesson I learned was the importance of not being afraid to ask any questions. Navigating life as a ‘新卒社員’, or fresh graduate can be an intimidating time, especially when immersed in an environment of individuals who have accumulated numerous years of experience. Nevertheless, the Senpais at ZEAL.TEAM are always willing to allocate time in guiding and clarifying any questions and curiosities that you may have!
➁ 思いついたアイデアは共有すること
Share your ideas
ZEAL.TEAMは成長し、拡大し続ける企業です。入社の期間に関わらず、新卒社員にも新たなアイディアや企画を提案するほどの裁量権が与えられていますし、会社の成功につながるという企画が通れば、実際に形になることもあります。アイデアを共有することで、創造性が育まれ、事業や部署をまたぐコラボレーション・協働が促進される効果があります。
ZEAL. TEAMのビジョンやミッションに共感し、「持続可能な社会」の実現や、ZEAL. TEAMの各子会社の発展に貢献するようなアイディアを持っていたら、会社は新しい視点や考え方でも高く評価します。社訓の一つに、「改善改革を志し、失敗を恐れず、日々挑戦し続けろ」とあります。私自身も、ZEAL.TEAMのためにできること、新たなアイディアや改善点を常々考えるよう意識しています。
ZEAL.TEAM continues to be a growing and expanding company. As a ‘新卒社員,’ you are empowered to contribute ideas that you believe will be significant to the success of the company. By sharing ideas, it also fosters creativity and encourages collaboration.
If you have any ideas that you feel aligns with ZEAL TEAM’s vision and mission, will support the growth of a ‘sustainable society’ and will help the development of any of our subsidiaries, ZEAL.TEAM will strongly value any new concepts or perspectives. Everyday, I find myself thinking of a new idea or a modification for ZEAL.TEAM that can be implemented.
③ 礼儀礼節を重んじることの大切さ
Good manners are crucial
ZEAL.TEAMでは、マナーや積極性を非常に重視し、社員同士やお客様との人間関係を尊重することを大事にしています。
入社する前は、社会人として必要なマナーや振る舞いについて多くは知りませんでした。これらのマナーを学び、実践することは、オフィスでの時間に限らず日常生活においても大切なであることに気づかされました。
ZEAL.TEAM highly prioritizes good manners and positive characteristics, placing a significant emphasis on respectful human interactions with colleagues and clients. Prior to joining ZEAL.TEAM, I lacked awareness of many manners and behaviors that are integral to the Japanese corporate world. I have come to appreciate the significance of good manners in fostering positive relationships and have recognized that effective communication and respectful interactions are pivotal to one’s career growth and success. Gaining insights into these etiquettes have prompted me to recognize their importance not only within the office environment but also in day-to-day life.
好奇心を持つこと、アイデアを共有すること、そして礼儀・礼節という3つの重要な学びは、ZEAL. TEAMにおける仕事に対する取り組み方へ、非常に大きな影響を与えてくれました。
ZEAL.TEAMでのこの1ヶ月は、自分自信のスキルとポテンシャルを探求する機会になったと思います。同時に、成功するキャリアのための強固な基盤を築いてくれたと確信しています。
These three pivotal lessons – the value of curiosity, the significance of sharing ideas, and the importance of good manners – have profoundly influenced my professional approach at ZEAL.TEAM. I firmly believe that ZEAL.TEAM has provided me with the opportunity to explore my capabilities and creative potential, establishing a solid foundation for a successful career.
ZEAL. TEAMに興味を持っていただいている学生の皆さんに伝えたいことがあります。
ZEAL.TEAMでの経験は職場だけではなく、社会に属する上で必要な能力を身に付けられます。
先輩社員も、より人間力の高い社員となるよう指導してくれます。
私の経験は、会社の職場環境や価値観について皆さんへインサイトを与えてくれると嬉しいです。ZEAL. TEAMの先輩方は面倒見が良く、これまで受けてきた指導は、私がコーポレートの社会に適応するための準備となっただけでなく、より社会的責任のある人間へと形成に繋がったと思います。
ZEAL. TEAMの人事として、就活生とそんなに年齢も離れていない私だからこそ共有できる情報やインサイトを今後もお伝えしたいと思います！

To prospective students pursuing career opportunities with ZEAL.TEAM, I trust that my experience provides valuable insights into the company’s work environment and core values. The guidance I have received from my Senpais has not only prepared me for the corporate world but has also shaped me into a more socially responsible individual.
