I hope everyone has been doing well.
In my recent blog post, I wrote about the spirit of Christmas Markets.
In fact, last Sunday, I went to the Yokohama Christmas Market, which is considered to be one of the biggest ones in Japan. Aside from the delicious German dishes and delightful hot chocolate, the ambiance was enhanced by the enchanting glow of illumination lights.

実は先週の日曜日、日本最大級と言われる横浜のクリスマスマーケットに行ってきました。
美味しいドイツ料理や、美味しいホットチョコレートを堪能しました(^▽^)/
イルミネーションもとても綺麗でした✨
I highly recommend the Yokohama Christmas Market at the Red Brick Warehouse as a great place to spend time with your family, friends or loved ones.

さて、今回のブログでは、
先日行った、鈴木の会社説明会デビューについて書いていきます！
Yesterday, I conducted my first company information session tailored for international students, presented in both Japanese and English. Before the session, I experienced some nervousness, but as the students actively participated in the Q&A session, posing numerous thoughtful questions, I found myself growing more comfortable and at ease.
留学生向けの会社説明会を、日本語と英語を使用して行いました。
バイリンガルな企業説明会は、これまでにあまり見たこと無いですし、
日本語に自信が無い学生さんでも、弊社について理解を深めていただける良い機会になると思います。
実は、説明会が始まる前は非常に緊張していました！
The information session entailed the company’s vision and mission, what we do and ZEAL. TEAM’s Recruitment Process and Requirements. It concluded with a Q&A session where students were able to ask any questions or curiosities that they had.
留学生向け説明会では、
通常の説明会と同じように、会社のビジョンとミッション、ZEAL.TEAMの事業内容、
そしてZEAL.TEAMの選考フローと採用条件について説明しました。
During the Q&A session at the end, students actively asked questions, making it a very engaging information session.
最後の質疑応答では、学生さんが積極的に質問をしてくださって、
初めての説明会は大成功に終わりました！
It was really nice to receive feedback from my senpais regarding what I did well and what I can improve on. I feel that at ZEAL, I am given a lot of opportunity to grow and learn.
この説明会デビューにあたって、
先輩方に良かったところや、改善点についてフィードバックを沢山していただきました。
ZEAL.TEAMは、成長、そして学ぶ機会が与えられていると感じています。
年内に、あと2回、留学生向け説明会を行う予定です！
